MCS Services is a Houston roofing company built on a simple observation: after every Gulf storm, the Houston area fills up with roofers, and before long most of them are gone. We built the opposite of that. We're based right here in Houston, and the number on our trucks is the number that still works next hurricane season.
We repair, replace, and inspect roofs across Houston, Pasadena, Spring, Katy, Sugar Land, and Baytown, handling everything from small repairs and gutter installations to full replacements and storm damage repair. That range matters here, because the right fix for a Spring family home is not the right fix for a Katy property or a Sugar Land commercial building — and a company that only does one thing will sell you that one thing.
The part we're most careful about is telling people the truth. Plenty of roofs we inspect don't need replacing yet, and we say so. Plenty of storm damage won't support an insurance claim, and we say that too. The inspection is free, and you'll get photos of your own roof either way.
